Imaginary Girl has Good Style...

Amélie is an imaginary girl behind Amélie's Boutique- an online store that hold lots of cult designers and labels. You can go online a see what she is wearing each week and what she has worn before, the illustrations are by Angéline Mélin.

Want this outfit!

Thats not the best thing about the Boutique, the designers she carries are amazing and there is the Hannah Marshall dress that I have been eyeing up for yonkies on sale for £190!

Here are some of my favourite brands from Amélie's Boutique...

Australian Label TV has a whole lotta leopard print which I love, and ripped bleached jeans, but instead of being hard edged and punky as you can can see the clothes have a more laid back grungy feel.

The second is Stolen Girlfriends Club which I LOVE LOVE LOVE because its quite sporty with the relaxed shapes and grey marl but what makes it exciting is mix of styles on the pieces from military, country and even futuristic. AND most importantly the clothes also have small but bold accents that makes it more fun for the wearer. Look and see...

The black stripe will make your legs look so skinny! These small details are the kind of thing that make you do a double taken on a girl's outfit then follow her for a about 10min and the finally pluck up the courage to ask her where they are from and for her to say 'I can't remember'...LIAR!!!!

oooh epaulettes!

And they do menswear! (way way better than the Olsens line!)

My god this is turning out to be a monster post, still new to this, can be bloody hard work! Loves it though. Right my last designer from Amélie's Boutique is one already knew and loved but couldn't help writting about.
Hannah Marshall is a girl after my own heart. In her last collection everything was SHEER, BLACK and LEATHER. This seasons collection is still as dramatic but just like Gareth Pugh's SS10 collection she introduces a softer palette of colour.
